Fun in a call center...jokes and bloopers..

Here are my compilation of hilarious and sometimes scandalous conversation between our call center agents and the customer. Herewith are out of this world spiels and newly discovered words or phrases.

An agent referring a customer to Billing.

Customer: Do I get compensated for the days I haven't use the service?

Agent: Is for Billing is for compensation.

Customer is using phonetics in giving out his username.

Customer: "G" for George
Agent: ok
Customer: "underscore"
Agent: "How do you spell that?"

I was listening to one of my agent's call and my expectation was high because he's always been a team performer and he's got good deep and manly voice.

Agent: Can I have your Telephone number to pull up your account?

Customer gave the Telephone number...

Agent: Alright, let me pull up the account real quick, Shamoment!

- The consultant used "shamoment" as a replacement for "Just a moment" and with the quality of his voice, he all a sudden lost all the masculinity in him.

The customer is calling about a CABLE Internet Account.

Agent: I cannot pull up your account, Can I have the email address again?

Customer gave the email address...

Agent: Oh! I can see your account now. your account is "under the cable".

Customer: My husband is the account holder but he's already deceased.

Agent: Oh, so he passed out.

#####################

The customer is calling about a noise on the Telephone line.

Customer: Can you hear that noise?

Agent: Yes. It's like a jeepney, like a beep beep beep.

Agent: How are you going mate?

Customer: Terrible, my phone is not working.

Agent: Beautiful.

Happy Valentines Day! - Agent trying to build rapport with the customer.

Agent: How are you going to spend your Valentines Day?

Customer: It's none of your business.

The agent left the line idle until the call got disconnected.
